Working as a Network Expert in MSP, supporting about 60 companies in different fields of business and attending physically on customers' sites

Providing Company's Network Requirements and PC assembling (Hardware & Software)
- Design Network Infrastructure (Routers & Switches, Virtualization, Storage, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FSRM, Backups, UTM Firewalls, Accounting, Wireless,...)
-Providing HPE Servers G6-G10+ full installations and upgrades (iLO, Firmware, Modules,...) and RAID policies.
- Security Consulting (Firewalls & Antiviruses)
- Make connection between the main office and sites by tunnels and site to site VPNs

Daily monitoring 24/7 on the company's servers & clients:
- Virtual Machines heartbeat (ESXi, Hyper-V)
- Backups (Veeam, Exect, Acronis,....)
- Storage and Failure Logs, fast reaction to solve the problems in the shortest possible time
- Check companies Mailing Services, contacting hosts for mail problems, dividing internet and email routes with firewalls and mangles (Kerio, Fortigate, Mikrotik)
- Solving clients' problems remotely and physically (Win Xp - 10, Printers, Microsoft Office, Repairing and Upgrading system hardware, Windows Software,... )
