CONSULTANT TO THE COO 

• Request by COO to prepare the company forecast model and ad hoc analysis 
• Assist with financing round equity scenarios 
• Prepare product pricing financial model simulations

INTERIM BUSINESS MANAGEMENT 

• Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, management of the finance function 
• Managed a successful restructuring reducing annual expense by $90m to increase operating cash flow, during a time of product line transition and revenue stabilization 
• Transitioned Financial leadership role to Private Equity designated full time leadership team 

BIG DATA SOFTWARE COMPANY ($250 MILLION IN REVENUE)

The company develops, hosts and manages a data fabric software platform, integrates data and applications in real time across modern big data and cloud environments, as well as traditional systems, allowing customer organizations to develop a unified view of their business and customers across organizational and technology silos. Analysts rank their product as the global gold standard for Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. 

INTERIM BUSINESS & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 

• Reporting to the office of the CEO and Board of Directors, management of the finance and legal function 
• Managed a successful restructuring reducing annual expense by $50m to achieve positive operating cash flow, while maintaining revenue growth over 30% 
• Lead the legal and financial due diligence activities resulting in a successful acquisition by a Private Equity firm 
• Transitioned Financial leadership role to Private Equity designated full time leadership team
