・Managed all retail stores and BAs in Taiwan, including department store counters and road shops, with an annual target performance of 100 million.
・Set sales plans and promotion schemes, monitored the progress of sales, controlled expenses and inventory.
・Set store operation policies and optimized store processes.
・Developed new business model in cooperation with delivery platforms and payment platforms.
・Executed brand CRM project, responsible for the construction and optimization of the new membership system.

Planed and optimized the retail channel sales strategies.
・Managed 25 counters of all retail channels. Sales performance was about 40 million yearly.
・Drafted a training manual and set standard operating procedures for Brand Ambassadors.
・Introduced and implemented a CRM system on department stores' counters, managing more than 10,000 consumers' data.
・Took in charge of channel sales management of HOLA and TK3C.
Managing B2B channel (2018/4~2019/4):
Developed B2B channel sales performance, negotiated and coordinated with 10 distributors.
・2018, B2B channel organic growth was 20%.
・2018, Initiated a co-op plan with telecom, recruited more than 3,000 capsule coffee machine users, and the best month achieved 500 new recruitment.

Managed KOSE and Decorte department stores' counters and shops: Strengthened sales performance, recruited and managed BA, initiated and implemented the market event.
・Managed 13 counters and 25 BAs in Taipei, New Taipei City, and Keelung. Sales performance was about 50 million yearly.

・2016, led most key counter ZhongXiao SOGO with sales achievement 100% at anniversary sale.
