  • FACT(Functional Assistance Conversion Tool) provides a guided approach to all HCM objects with templates, mapping files and allows the functional team to dynamically map those fields to generate conversion files. 
  • GRT(Guided Recon Tool) brings all the recon tools that are available in any application, currently implemented for HCM. It takes input Source, target, allowing them to join dynamically between the source and target to generate the recon report. Currently, building a tool that can generate recon using Source Extract with all Mapping files and provides the recon without requiring you to load the data into the system. 
  • Payroll BCG Tool to calculate payroll balances and generate HDL files, legacy independent, configurable tax calculations for the US and Canada. 
  • PBAR(Payroll Balances Adjustment & Recon) Tool is used for Balance Recon and Adjustments. Once Balance Initialized / Payroll runs, the tool will be used to reconcile the balances and generate adjustments by comparing Legacy and cloud data.
  • Custom Local Tax Solution is used to generate elements  HDL files like element definition, input values, Fast Formula, Status processing rules, balance definition, balance Feeds etc.. These elements are statutory requirements that are not delivered by Oracle. Clients/functional users have the option to select the elements that are needed for them.

Program management by Multitasking of both managing project and handled  multiple firm initiatives on the process improvements by collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate on the progress, share them to all stakeholders in weekly manner. Connect with client stakeholders and identify their needs and cater the project effectively based on their influence and power. 

Retail Industries HCM Cloud Implementation(2023 -24): UKG to Oracle HCM cloud implementation. Execute the project, meet timelines and ensure the profitability of the account regards of Conversion.  Managed the project with value of $50 million, handle the section of $15million HCM Implementation with 50+ stakeholders, technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Built new solutions on conversion especially streamlining the complete worker load like assignment number generation, Balance Initialization etc.,

HIA Cloud re-implementation(2023): Cloud to cloud implementation worth of half million which was a lean project that involves full conversion with tight deadlines and budget constraints. Completed cutover a day in advance with high quality with only 3 acceptable defects and closed the hypercare in a week. 

Power and Utilities Cloud Implementation(2020- 2023):  Executed the project in an agile environment, introduced many system improvements process.  The project comprises five tracks, like Conversion, Extension, Integration, Reporting, Fast Formula. Managed the project worth of $100+M with 70+ stakeholders, technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Brought the project from Red to green within 3 weeks of timeline by implementing series of processes, received great appreciation from Partners. Later, those processes were presented to all AC's with 1k+ employees as "PM Hacks 101", well appreciated by partners.

HIA Cloud re-implementation(2023): Cloud to cloud implementation worth of half million which was a lean project that involves full conversion with tight deadlines and budget constraints. Completed cutover a day in advance with high quality with only 3 acceptable defects and closed the hypercare in a week. 

Power and Utilities Cloud Implementation(2020- 2023):  Executed the project in an agile environment, introduced many system improvements process.  The project comprises five tracks, like Conversion, Extension, Integration, Reporting, Fast Formula. Managed the project worth of $100+M with 70+ stakeholders, technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Brought the project from Red to green within 3 weeks of timeline by implementing series of processes, received great appreciation from Partners. Later, those processes were presented to all AC's with 1k+ employees as "PM Hacks 101", well appreciated by partners.

Retail Industries 9.2 HCM Upgrade(2018 -2021): The project comprises of five tracks, like Conversion, Extension, Integration, Reporting, Workflow. Managed the project with 50+ stakeholders, technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO.
