• Provide the project’s management teams and operating facilities with guidance to establishing and safeguarding asset integrity throughout asset lifecycle (i.e., Design, Procurement and Construction, Operation and Maintenance and Decommissioning).
• Development of all the Material Selection and Corrosion Control deliverables such as Corrosion Control Philosophies, Material Selection Report, Material Selection Diagrams, Corrosion Loops,
• Provide direction to the development and implementation of AIMS.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams or with task forces assigned to analyze or solve specific integrity and performance degradation issues or failure analysis and suggest methods for the prevention of chronic failures.
• 2017: Block leader for Welding Project at CDU, AROMATIC areas. Directly manage and set up inspection work, review inspection result, monitor repair progress.
• Distributed for successful start-up of refinery after completion Welding Project,
• 2019: Block leader for Defect Confirmation Shutdown Maintenance Project: CDU, KHDS areas. Manage inspection program for opening equipment, confirm NDE result, confirm quality of repair activity for any defect found,
• 2020: Design Operating Window project, generate all DOW monitoring master list in refinery to monitor operating data compared with design data.
• 2021: Block Leader for PITSTOP: Inspection Leader duty in shutdown chance for Aromatic Complex, NHDS Complex, GOHDS Complex,
• 2022: Generate refractory material strategy for TA2023. For RFCC, SRU, HMU and process Heater. Prepare method statement, quantity of each type of refractory for TA execution.
• 2022: Propose new solution for installing new coke catcher. This help to reduce several days of execution.
• 2023: Integrity Team Leader – build the integrity structure for long term Project for Integrity of Plant. (AIMS)
