Sr. Director of Data Platform @ Socialbakers a.s., May 2016 – Dec 2016 (8 months)

Since January 2016 I worked on new cool ideas together with our smart data scientists in our Research Lab. Beyond that, my role for Parsers team remained unchanged. Later on, I also led Architecture Team, Data Mining, and Support Programmers. That all became formalized as Director of Data Platform role from May 2016.

Product Owner @ Socialbakers a.s., Sep 2012 – May 2016 (3 years 9 months) 

Product Owner role in a platform team called Parsers. We have been responsible for the DATA with the main mission to gather, analyze and supply social data throughout the entire company, to other products, and for other teams. My job was more technical than what is usual for PO role. 

I have been a PO for the joint product of Sina Weibo and Socialbakers since June 2015 until April 2016. It’s Social Media Analytics product for Chinese businesses that was integrated directly to Weibo.com, sold by Weibo and developed by Socialbakers. 

Scrum Master | Developer @ Socialbakers a.s., Jun 2011 – Aug 2013 (2 years 3 months)

I joined Socialbakers when it was small startup way before the rapid growth. I started as a developer. Shortly after that, we started adopting Scrum, and I became one of the company`s first Scrum Masters. For a long time, I was Scrum Master of 2 teams. One of the teams was responsible for our flagship product, Analytics. The second one for data, Parsers. 

 In 2012 I became Product Owner for the Parsers team, and I continued to be a Scrum Master for the Analytics team for a few more months.

Web Developer | Consultant @ Freelance, Jan 2006 – Aug 2012 (6 years 8 months)

I was developing websites, e-commerce and other web-based applications (e.g. informational systems). 

I used to work alone or in smaller teams. 

 I worked with technologies such as PHP, Zend + Nette Framework, HTML5, CSS, Postgres, MySQL, etc.
