Dr. Reza Sadeghian has served as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) of the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, County of San Bernardino, California, since 2019. He further serves the medical center as an attending physician, a clinical student support advisor, and medical director of Clinical Informatics, while also functioning as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the California University of Science and Medicine. Prior to joining the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Dr. Reza Sadeghian served as a member of the executive committee of the Council for Clinical Information Technology (COCiT) section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a faculty member and co-chair of the division of digital health and innovation at Southern Medical Association ( SMA ) in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Sadeghian earned his MD from St. George’s University, graduating in 2010. He also holds master’s degrees in business administration, Clinical Informatics & Patient-Centered Technologies (CIPCT), and biomedical science. While in Pediatric training at the University of South Alabama, he published an original study, “The Feasibility and Satisfaction of Using Telemedicine to Provide Tertiary Pediatric Obesity Care.”
