Selected for a ThinkSwiss scholarship for a research project in Dr. Johan Chang group. Applied convolutional neural networks to detect fermi surface automatically from the ARPES Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy data which is useful in studying superconductivity

Achieved feature extraction by implementing algorithms like PCA, affine and endmember extraction on a hyperspectral 3D image
Classified the image into several classes by implementing various approaches such as k-nearest neighbors, abundance matrices and SVM
