在新創公司近兩年的時間,練就一身面對各種大小事都處變不驚的能力。從產品萌芽初期的商務開發,到產品發展中期的商業拓展,以及產品成熟階段的客戶關係維持和通路管理,各個階段所會面臨到的各項挑戰,我都能在高壓的環境中,安排好每件任務的處理時序,以達成最佳的工作效率。
主要擔任海外分公司的業務行銷窗口,業務範圍包括德國、北歐兩地。前線海外業務將客戶需求帶回,並由我作為國內總部業務窗口,回應產品規格面問題、價格事宜、海外通路管理等;同時也負責大型ODM客製化開案的產品專案,對內與工程師確認開發時程、成本、客戶提出的技術問題,對外則向海外業務提交ODM專案開發計畫、報價及解決回應客戶端的相關問題。
了解客戶端針對展覽 Booth 的需求,包括整體設計、軟硬體需求、產品素材、整體預算評估等,並將上述客戶需求帶回給3D、2D、平面設計師進行設計定稿,計算並擬定設計報價後,提交至客戶端進行設計提案。
從接洽客戶聆聽需求,再到內部統整、設計定稿等,不論對外或是對內不同部門,皆需要進行大量溝通,以確保客戶期待能具體呈現於設計提案中。面對不同的人事物、充分學習到如何換位思考,以最低的溝通成本,達到最佳的成效,滿足客戶要求。

Staying in a start-up for almost two years has trained me becoming a person who can handle any kinds of matters calmly. From the initial while product was just getting start, I responsible for exploring opportunities from different industries at different regions. Then to the stage while product is under development, I need to expand business sizing. To the eventual phase while product is almost gets mature, customer relationship and channel management are need to be looked after. I can handle well for various challenges at each phases, and get things organized under pressure.
Mainly responsible for sales contact in Taiwan, and to keep close communication with oversea front-end sales. Front-end sales will deliver customers' requests or any kinds of questions to products. I need to make sure customers' requirements are fully taken care and solved. At the same time, I also assist some ODM projects including confirming development schedule, testing milestone, cost, and related technical issues raised by customers with engineers internally. Externally I will confirm the ODM proposal, quote and responses to technical issues to front-end sales.
Responsible for collecting demands from customers including booth design, requirements for hardware and software, product features, budget etc... and bring these back to 3D, 2D designers for drafting. After proposal is done, need to confirm the quote and propose to customers.
Start from the initial customers' requests to discussion with designers, it actually needs a lot of communication efforts internally and externally. I have learned to put myself in others' shoes in order to minimize the communication efforts, and to reach to customer's expectations.
Bachelor of arts in German department.
