Built Vigorplus into an international B2B2C auto and 2-wheel accessories brand from a local B2C 2-wheel-only accessories brand.
Promote own brand products and lead marketing efforts to achieve an annual sales turnover of US$130,000 or more through social media networks.
Developed own brand channels and ODM business globally. Acquired 3 foreign motorbike makers and 10 agents worldwide.
Annual revenue for 2-wheel accessories exceeds US$260,000.

Utilizing a seamless aluminum alloy one-piece forming forging process and passing the ARTC vehicle testing center with a real car 2000 Newton tensile test, this product became the first to enter the Yamaha supply chain. Subsequent to this, in addition to launching ODM projects, we also cooperated in selling the Vigorplus phone holder.
The design team developed a series of Vespa accessories, using the development of local channels during the pandemic to further open up overseas markets.
During my collaboration with Shawn at JET Optoelectronics, in response to market challenges and organizational development needs, Shawn took on the role of a Project Manager (PM) in addition to his sales duties. He evolved from a green sales associate to a responsible project sales manager. The potential for growth Shawn displayed in this process was astounding.
This includes his solid business development skills, which enabled him to understand consumer psychology and the challenges of maintaining large customers, as well as benefit from Shawn's excellent project management and negotiation skills, allowing complex project management to operate effectively with limited resources. More importantly, his innate empathy and big-picture perspective enabled Shawn to see the needs of different units, propose suggestions from different angles, and coordinate departmental differences to establish consensus.
The two-wheeler division of JET Optoelectronics is not the company's main unit, but Shawn played multiple roles. While balancing performance and project management, he also integrated the needs of the brand's official website and managed social media. I am grateful to have a partner like Shawn in the organization, who is always thinking about how we can become better. This is particularly important for a startup brand facing continuous changes in the internal and external environment. Without stable business operations, no matter how good the products are or how innovative the marketing activities are, they cannot support the sustainable growth of the enterprise.
