5. Create functional test plan for new features or protocols NAT, DHCP, GTPv1, GTPv2, L2GRE, SoftGRE, IPv4/IPv6 tunnel, QinQ VLAN, LACP, IPSec, RIP, VRRP, etc. 

6. Write publish Configuration Guide/User Guide and internal technical documents. 

7. Buildup/maintain a complex LAB with multiple L2/L3 switches, Servers, Storage, Routers to service Taiwan and US team for any kinds of development and testing.
