I possess an “Intrapreneurial” behavior and a passion to create a positive impact with my work ethics towards team, organization, customers, and society. A “Smart creative” who has a strong empathy for the team that in turn translates it to customer empathy to deliver value. I strongly believe in the “Why” approach and “value driven” mindset and  strive continually to look at opportunities to improve the existing state of things (challenge the status quo, if you will) within the organization using my skills in various domains such as Product Management (User experience, Value optimization), Process (agile, six-sigma, scrum), Technical ( front end – JavaScript, HTML and CSS ) and analytical skills. An optimist, energetic and a quick learner with a congenial personality who can build a rapport with people from different spheres.  By virtue of my diversified development and operations roles in the past, I can strike a business conversation with the business team, a technical talk with the scrum development team,  understand the creativity of the UX colleagues so that I am able to balance all aspects of the product development; namely : desirability, viability and feasibility.
