From June 2008 until February 20121 I held the dual role of IT Project Manager and Quality (ISO 9001), Information Security (ISO 27001) & Business Continuity (ISO 23301) manager.

In the first role, my responsibility was to manage the Project Status Reports, coordinate the design and implementation of the new services requested, regarding the contract that the company has with its main customer, the Regional Public Administration.

The contract was inherent to the ordinary and evolutionary management of the local Server Farm (and related services) and local and geographical networks.

In the second role, I was the manager of three integrated management systems according to the ISO standards, reporting directly to Intema pop management. My focus was on: supporting the continuous improvement of our customers satisfaction and company results, guaranteeing the achievement of the objectives related to Quality, Information Security and Business Continuity.

Previously, from June 2006 to December 2007 I held the role of Senior System Engineer, promoting various initiatives that achieved the expected results, significantly improving the target scenarios of the related projects.
