一、【家庭狀況】 您好,我是王宇芯,今年二十八歲。 畢業於文藻外語大學法國語文系, 我是個樂觀、有耐心、喜歡學習新事物、勇於接受挑戰的人。 我是基隆人,目前單身。自小在基隆長大,大學在高雄市求學。我的家庭成員有2個人:我與媽媽。
 二.【求學經驗】 從小我就熱愛語言,喜歡閱讀與翻譯,國中時即經常參與英語郎讀、拼字比賽表現成績優異。高中時很幸運地遇見一位英文老師,除了告訴我們外語能力的重要性,也為我打開了一扇窗,讓我深深喜愛上翻譯。除了固定每天閱讀二則英文短文、聽半小時的ICRT,以加強語言能力之外,我也開始學習翻譯的技巧,試著自己翻譯坊間的短文,再參考別人的翻譯以改善自己的缺失,加上本身在中文書閱讀經驗的累積,不僅讓我進步很快,也讓我體認到平常的努力、從不間斷地學習與累積有多重要。 
三. 【大學心得及社團經驗】 大學以第一志願錄取文藻法文系,期間除在校課業之外,課外也時常參與語言中心舉辦的社團語言交換活動;大一至大三雙主修國際關係系,大學期間藉由工讀經驗協助翻譯短文。大學期間除了強化語言能力之外,也增加許多與各國人士的生活體驗、社會文化學習對自身的衝擊,能讓自己在國際觀、文化包容性上更加多元寬廣。 在學業方面,歷經國際關係、傳播、語言等不同領域課程的洗禮,我發現自己對於把語言應用在國際關係當中的政治、經濟領域最感興趣。其中對我影響最大的是在大三下學期時修習國際關係系張競老師開設的「國際比較政治」課程,並在老師指導下延續期末報告的研究。 
四【 工作工讀經驗】 因就讀的是外語大學,所以學校提供我們很多翻譯、國際會議展覽人員的打工實習機會。 我擔任英文和法文教師的期間,為學生提供多元化的課程。我的工作經驗讓我更好地了解了學生的學習需求,並採取了一系列有效的教學策略來幫助他們取得學習成果。 在我的英文課堂上,我鼓勵學生通過多種方式學習,例如聽、說、讀、寫和閱讀。我使用互動式和有趣的教學方法,包括口語練習、小組討論和角色扮演等,讓學生積極參與到課堂中來。同時,我也會利用現代科技教具,例如投影片、網路教材和學習平臺等,使學生更好地掌握知識和技能。 在我的法文課堂上,我注重幫助學生掌握基本的法文單詞、語法和慣用語形式。我使用音樂、電影和文學作品等多種教材,幫助學生更好地理解語言文化背景,同時也提高了他們的學習興趣和學習動力。我鼓勵學生通過閱讀、寫作和口語練習等各種方式來掌握法文技能,並為他們提供有針對性的反饋和建議,幫助他們繼續進步。 
在擔任教學工作約八年的時間,最常遇到的挫折常常是客戶的預期與學生的成果不成正比,以及學生之後沒有繼續選擇跟著我上課。 我的個性是比較急躁的,會渴望盡快把事情解決。但是後來發現在一個計畫裡面除了執行速度之外,更重要的是優先順序;現在的我接受到新的任務時,我會先盤點手上的任務的優先順序,再評估我應該要在什麼時候進行。 結束評估後,我會想知道客戶最後沒成交的原因是什麼?是卡在哪一個環節?哪些是可控的?哪些是不可控的? 一定會有客戶與我的立場完全不同匙,其實站在老師的角度,這些都是可以從去協調的,必須努力達到雙方都滿意的共識,我從中也學到很重要的同理與溝通立場,也學會如何達到平衡。 
以下是我整理出面對挫折時的方法 
1.    誠實面對錯誤,反思、反思、再反思。 
2.    和有經驗的對象討論解決方法,不要帶入情緒鑽牛角尖。 
3.    自我精進,不犯相同錯誤。 
4.    接受挑戰,迎接下一次風險。 我理想的工作是有效率的團隊和有使命的公司文化,例如定期的員工會議和團隊默契建立;我喜歡同事、管理階層與員工之間的溝通,我認為有效的溝通可以達到更有效率的產值。 我嚮往的職場工作是我能夠為公司盡職盡責並提供自己的價值。我喜歡了解不同的客戶,並做適合他們獨特需求的內容。
例如,在我的英文教學工作中,我曾為鏡片工廠的老闆爭取到西歐許多訂單,並處理相關後續的客戶工作,並因為我與該公司的合作而受到讚譽。我喜歡這份工作,它可以讓我和有需求的客戶相互合作。

I graduated from the French department and I also start my graduate degree in European studies in Wenzao this year. I’ve dedicated my career to helping students of all levels master the language skills and concepts they need to prepare, and I’d love to continue that path. In my current position, I teach news reading, writing, and reading comprehension to students in grades 9 through adults. Over my eight to nine years of teaching, I’ve managed to successfully increase my student’s reading and writing comprehension test scores every year for the last five years. In my current position, I teach news reading, writing, and reading comprehension to students in grades 9 through adults. Over my eight to nine years of teaching, I’ve managed to successfully increase my student’s reading and writing comprehension test scores every year for the last five years. In my pursuit of lifelong learning, I’ve made it a point to stay up to date on the most current teaching methods, including Cooperative Learning and Flipped Classrooms. I also earned a foreign teaching program credit when I was in college. I’m passionate about forging relationships with students that build a sense of confidence and enable them to grow as learners.
