在金皇染料股份有限公司之越南分部擔任財務會計,公司業務為從台灣總公司進口染料助劑,再內銷到越南的染整廠,我的工作主要負責編製每日現金銀行日記帳,月底結帳、編製每月損益表、資產負債表,客戶應收帳款之催收及明細帳,和管理鼎新ERP workflow系統之進貨、銷貨、存貨、會計系統。在工作中我也學習到許多國際貿易的節稅方式、像是透過境外公司的稅額優惠、移轉訂價等操作。

2021年爆發COVID-19,基於健康考量選擇回台就業,進入洧泰股份有限公司擔任財務PM,公司業務為電子零件國際貿易,我的工作內容涵蓋進出口正式報關申報、採購、財務會計、凌越ERP進銷存管理,客戶分佈於香港、越南、泰國、印度、美國,三年的國貿經驗讓我對於進出口報關流程更加熟悉,加上與國際客戶的交涉面談,外語能力也有顯著的提升。在財務會計方面,我主要負責月底結帳、401營業稅申報、財報編製、應收應付帳款管理。
