Hi! My name is Chen Wei Shuen, but everybody call me Wilson, I’m born in Indonesia but study at a overseas Chinese school called Jakarta Taiwan International School, so I speak fluent Indonesian English and Chinese. I’m graduate from National Dong Hwa university major on Information Management. I have been interested in computers since I was young, so it was natural for me to choose subjects related to computer science and to learn professional programming skills while in university. After graduation, I smoothly entered a software development company as a programmer. Although this job taught me a lot of technical knowledge, it made me realize a problem in my work: I not only care about technology, but I am also a person who pursues aesthetics and creativity. Therefore, after careful considerationu, I decided to give up my career as a programmer and develop my own design abilities, becoming a graphic designer. I began to learn how to integrate technology and design together and attempted to apply these skills in various fields, such as web design, poster design, and so on. In this process, I learned a lot about graphics, colors, layout, and design philosophy. I have always believed that design is not just a tool like computer programs, but also an art. This belief also motivates me to make my design works better and more meaningful. Today, I am a skilled graphic designer, and my design works have gained recognition from many customers. I believe that this decision was the right choice because it not only allows me to have technical knowledge but also enables me to use my design talents.
