Handling Tier 1 WiFi Module Customer from Costs to Supply Chain.
I am an open-minded person since my parents always give us suggestions instead of telling us what to do. I have started to learn how to make a decision since I was still very young. I have also learned a lot of interpersonal skills when I was general administration in my high school guitar club. I had been studying in the United States for six and half years. Since I had stayed in the US for such a long time, I have no problem in writing / speaking / reading / listening English. I was oversea Sales in TaiTech from Aug 2011 to June 2012. I have learned a lot of new skills including how to communicate with my customers and maintenance of customer relationship. Of course, I also learned basic knowledge in terms of Electronics Components and market status.
From June 2012 to Nov 2014, I was Sales Specialist in Zinwell. My customers are located in Spain, Italy, Belgium, Eastern / Northern Europe, South America and United States. During this time of period, I started to learn project management as this is part of my job and to make sure that we are building our products based on customer’s requirement. I am not only sales, but also doing project control in this position. Of course, this job required a lot of traveling alone to Europe and US; therefore, I have no problem to travel by myself.
Dec 2014 until now, I started with account sales in Gemtek and promoted to account manager by May 2018. I have been working with global tier 1 customer for WiFi module OEM/CM business, dealing with medical products with US customer, and moved to major European Telecom customer STB. Daily operation including quotation, delivery fulfilment, customer service, and handle all the critical issues during the mass production. Since May 2019, I also started to be involved for Business development.
