我是李胤榮,於台積電擔任黃光製程工程師,年資1.75年,曾任CD APC maintainer,目前為SPC coordinator,作為LIT與QM溝通管道之一,分析root cause for inline trend chart,collect data給予適當處理及回覆SPC相關KPI (CPK, ICCI, level A…)和NXT tool sponsor 。平時daily work除了SPC相關事務外,也處理CD split/FEM window co-work with PID and defect reduction。

2017年參加「2017台灣化學⼯程學會64週年年會暨科技部化學⼯程學⾨成果發表會」,論文海報 ⼝頭發表, 海報發表題⽬「Rescuing cholinergic neurons from apoptotic degeneration by targeting of serotonin modulator- and apolipoprotein E-conjugated liposomes to the hippocampus」。
2016年參加「台灣化學⼯程學會⼤學部程序設計競賽」,題⽬為環氧氯丙烷製造⼯廠所產⽣廢 ⽔中回收鹽及⽢油之製程,榮獲第⼀名殊榮 (李國鼎獎)。製程設計中考慮了各分離單元之設計變 因,包括了蒸發器之效數,不同蒸發器之流動類型,單元操作壓⼒,蒸發系統之溫度驅動⼒,與結 晶與蒸餾系統的形式等之影響,以及討論了蒸氣再壓縮(MVR)系統之使⽤,進⾏了整體製程之節能 效率與最適化之探討,提出之最佳製程其年度總成本為NT$627,709,978,鹽回收量102,024 ton/year,⽢油為回收量7,824 ton/year。控制系統⽅⾯,則以溫度控制、壓⼒控制、液位控制、 及組成控制等來維持程序操作之穩定與產品品質。
