Keinan has taught courses on the Taxation of Financial Instruments and Transactions at both the University of Michigan Law School and Georgetown University Law Center, and previously at the University of Florida. He has previously taught classes on Tax Policy and Taxation of Investment Banks at Georgetown Law center, has lectured on Tax Policy and the Economics of Taxation at Harvard University, and taught a class on International Tax at American University. Aside from teaching, he has supervised several doctoral and Masters dissertations, sat in dissertation committees, assisted on admissions, mentored LLM students, provided career advice, and participated in other volunteer activities at the law schools.
