• Deploy Implementation New Project Server HP Proliant, Cisco UCS, Sparc T7 / T8, Exadata & Exalogic, IBM Power (E980, S924), Dell Poweredge, Huawei E9000
• Deploy and Implementation New Project Storage Enterprise, HPE XP7, HP P9500, IBM DS8886 Storage, IBM SVC & V7000, HDS F900
• Deploy and Implementation SAN Switch Brocade X6 dan SAN Switch X7
• Deploy and Implementation Desktop Peripheral Unit Businees and Branches
• Maintaining IT Infrastructure Especially Platform & Operating System
• Backup Restore Storage Enterprise
• Manage infrastructure use CI/CD process and automationtools such as Jenkins & UI Path
• Deploying and automating Cloud-based(PrivateCloud)production systems.
• Within a cross-functional team, collaborate with otherteams (Infrastructure & Application).

Coordinate with Secound layers Team to resolve branch issues, both on network, server, and application team with defined SLA.

• Recording of branch problems by Ticket
• Solve problems based on the instructions provided
• Escalation to the layer 2 team if the problem cannot be resolved and provide an estimated time to the User

• Provide education and solutions to branches if there are errors when running the system process
