留學生常藉由自己煮飯以節省生活費，但是國外不像台灣便利，很難下課就到市場或商店購買食材，而剩餘的食材又不一定能組合成學生熟稔的食譜。此款Android應用程式可以讓使用者輸入現有的食材，並搜尋現有食材可以組合成的食譜。

研究摘要

Identifying features that enhance older adults’ acceptance of robots: A mixed-methods study.

  • 鑒於長者人口逐年增加、照護人力缺乏、及機器人研究的趨勢，陪伴及服務型機器人成為其中一個解決方案。然而資源有限，那些功能是需要開發的？
  • 我們在此研究藉由半結構式訪談問卷詢問長者日常生活時會需要那些幫助及對機器人外型的期待
  • 研究結果顯示長者外觀偏好人型勝於非人型，而功能性偏好服務形勝於陪伴型機器人
  • 此研究結果可作為日後開發功能時優先程度的參考

Age-related differences in the uncanny valley effect.

  • 儘管機器人可能能解決照護人力的缺乏，然而長者對於機器人的接受度相對仍較低，而目前設計也鮮少以長者觀點設計，而過去外型設計則以恐怖谷(Uncanny valley)理論最為著名，認為當機器人從像機器到像人的過程中，使用者的喜好為逐漸上升，然而到達一定程度時卻會感到很不舒適，最後更貼近真人時喜好又會再攀升
  • 在此研究中，操弄機器人的外型並以問卷探討使用者對於機器人接受度的改變，實驗收集255人(18-91歲)執行跨年齡層研究
  • 研究結果顯示年輕人及中年人仍符合恐怖谷理論的趨勢，然而長者中卻對機器人的喜好程度與機器人像人的程度成正比
  • 研究結果挑戰恐怖谷理論自1970年至今的影響力
  • 不同年齡層使用者對於機器人外型偏好有差異，若要針對特定受眾提供服務，外型的改變可以提升受眾的接受度

  • 撰寫Python腳本執行Selenium自動編寫SurveyMonkey問卷以因應問卷發布前大量討論修正(合計修改約10次) ，受限於該平台問卷製作限制方式，必須手動更改200頁問卷頁面及大量切換頁面等待的時間，腳本將每次修改所需全時4日工作日減少至2日，並且可以過程處理其他事務
  • 編寫R語言分析腳本，前處理255人回答的線上問卷，清理資料、按照各題型分類並調整至符合實驗設計的分類，並進行後續分析，腳本紀錄分析步驟確保分析結果的可重現性，減少手動分析錯誤，同時將實驗結果以ggplot視覺化、增進後續資料解讀便利性

Leftover Killer

留學生常藉由自己煮飯以節省生活費，但是國外不像台灣便利，很難下課就到市場或商店購買食材，而剩餘的食材又不一定能組合成學生熟稔的食譜。此款Android應用程式可以讓使用者輸入現有的食材，並搜尋現有食材可以組合成的食譜。

Identifying features that enhance older adults’ acceptance of robots: A mixed-methods study.

  • 鑒於長者人口逐年增加、照護人力缺乏、及機器人研究的趨勢，陪伴及服務型機器人成為其中一個解決方案。然而資源有限，那些功能是需要開發的？
  • 我們在此研究藉由半結構式訪談問卷詢問長者日常生活時會需要那些幫助及對機器人外型的期待
  • 研究結果顯示長者外觀偏好人型勝於非人型，而功能性偏好服務形勝於陪伴型機器人
  • 此研究結果可作為日後開發功能時優先程度的參考

Age-related differences in the uncanny valley effect.

  • 儘管機器人可能能解決照護人力的缺乏，然而長者對於機器人的接受度相對仍較低，而目前設計也鮮少以長者觀點設計，而過去外型設計則以恐怖谷(Uncanny valley)理論最為著名，認為當機器人從像機器到像人的過程中，使用者的喜好為逐漸上升，然而到達一定程度時卻會感到很不舒適，最後更貼近真人時喜好又會再攀升
  • 在此研究中，操弄機器人的外型並以問卷探討使用者對於機器人接受度的改變，實驗收集255人(18-91歲)執行跨年齡層研究
  • 研究結果顯示年輕人及中年人仍符合恐怖谷理論的趨勢，然而長者中卻對機器人的喜好程度與機器人像人的程度成正比
  • 研究結果挑戰恐怖谷理論自1970年至今的影響力
  • 不同年齡層使用者對於機器人外型偏好有差異，若要針對特定受眾提供服務，外型的改變可以提升受眾的接受度
