這段經歷我認為是求學生涯中最為艱辛的一段，除了適應當地文化、獨立解決異地生活問題，高壓的課業壓力也幫助我在挑戰或問題來臨時，更能夠擁有剛強的心智去面對及解決。

 ◎實習歷程｜

參與顏雪梅設計師在東京展覽專案人員後，放假回台期間主動爭取該工作室實習。並於下半學期收到YUKI-DESU事務所樣衣模特實習，成為公司唯一一位海外實習生。

 每段工作都給了我很大的挑戰，從服裝設計到開始學習、專責日本採購線，得到了許多實戰經驗，及不同領域的專業知識，感恩公司給我的機會及前輩的教導。後因孕期身體不佳，需安胎休養暫離職場，但始終讓自己不忘目標。我肯學勤奮、心思細膩且虛心求教，能面對、解決迎來的挑戰及困處，期盼重返職場，希望能為貴公司獻上一己之力。

 Autobiography

My name is Yu-Chen Chang. I majored in Russian in university . In my fresh-men year, I was the member of Taoyuan-Area-Alumni-Association. And in the second year ,in order to improve my capacity of leadership , I aided in organizing the Orientation Camp . I have led hundreds of fresh-man to be familiar with school environment . Breaking through all the culture-related challenges which we meticulously designed earlier. At the same time , I participated in another student association program. I was responsible of seeking the suitable venue for the welcoming event . I contacted lots of representatives , designing the progress of each section ....etc. I really appreciate these experiences . It gave me the chance to learn more about communicating skills , program analysis , group cooperation . 

After finishing my university , I went to Japan for achieving my dream. I found my passion for clothing design in high school, but I wasn't brave enough to break Asian family rules- stay at the place where your family are . Again , I appreciate my wonderful journey from my university . It encouraged me to try hard for the best solutions . Thankfully , I convinced my family without any arguments , and started studying in my second university in my life , which known as their clothing design - Bunka fashion college. 

The time in Bunka fashion college was extremely substantial . For enriching my competitiveness in this profession , I endeavored to get the position of off-campus internship . At the same time , I worked as representative of Japan Cultural Festival in Bunka fashion college. It was extremely challenging for me .

While negotiating with every representatives , scheduling the shows , operating the visual effects . I realized that I had to moderate the differences between two different cultures . And the most difficult part is handling these all in Japanese ! Even though it was really hard time of holding both internship and the works in my second university all together . I always remind myself "what doesn't kill you , makes you stronger " Thanks for these all , I became so much braver and wiser than before . Despite I've learned lots of things from both sides . The most important thing for me ,is no matter facing what kind of challenge ,I will always generate my attitude . Always do my best to fix it and never give up .
