Jan 2020 ~ Present Software Engineer, Technical Support • Appier Assisted clients to set up tracking tags (JavaScript) in clients' websites, customize and adjust tags to satisfy clients' expectations of tracking goals, test and ensure web campaigns are runnable. Analyzed discrepancy cases, query internal data with Spark SQL to verify numbers in the campaign like impression, click, conversion among clients, 3rd parties, and internal systems.
