Paid marketing

• Planned, completed, and optimized Google Search and Facebook (Instagram) ads targeting the Taiwanese and the international audiences. Utilized tools and techniques such as Google Ads Keyword Planner, Google Optimize, A/B testing, etc.
• Achievements:
  • Enhanced CTR (click-through rate) by 5%; reduced CPC (cost per click) & CPA (cost per acquisition) by 50% and 70% respectively within one quarter. 

Social media & influencer marketing

• Planned and managed several social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Worked with interns to research and reach out to suitable influencers/KOLs/brands in Indonesia for collaboration.
