Jessy Yang

I am Jessy, and I graduated from the National University of Tsinghua University's Nanda Campus (formerly the National Hsinchu University of Education) which I major in Educational Psychology and Counseling. In addition to studying the psychological counseling skills, I also study the human resources course in the university, which built a certain cognitive and technical understanding of the functions in HR. With the use of counseling skills, it helps me to conduct much in-depth conversation and observation during the interview by either verbal or non-verbal messages.
Since the summer vacation in 2017, I am fortunate to join the human resources department of Taisil Electronics Materials to learn the work skills in human resources. I’ve learned a lot of knowledges and skills which not only in the field of HR but also the importance of relationship building. From the internship to the full-time HR, I learned a lot of practical experience that is different from the text books, and I also understand the gap between the practice and the theory. With this experience, I started to involve in the supervision of the interns in HR department since the summer of 2018. I hope to pass down my experience of transformation from an intern to an administrator in the field.

1. Recruitment management: Recruitment for Taisil and sales office in Singapore (DL, IDL). Start from headcount requisition to new-hired onboard, all included.
2. New-hired Training: Coordinator for this event..
3. Understand the concept and implementation of corporates performance assessment, and based on the result adjusting the staffing strategy.
4. Singapore Sales Office Management: Learning about Singapore's local labor-related laws and welfare systems in order to update the procedure of the office.
