Each year, ASEH performs RCOI, to identify and validate the sources of 3TG for all packaging and material services and electronic manufacturing services and products, to identify whether they come from conflict-affected regions.
In 2021, I independently coordinated and completed all ASECL material supplier conflict minerals survey for 60 suppliers in total, followed by the implementation of third-party audits in March 2022. Finally, I also played a pivotal role to assist the ASE group in completing the SEC certification in May 2022 successfully.
During the audit, I was the key liaison person with customers. My role is to coordinate the entire audit processes including a briefing on the topics of ASECL's new supplier selection, supplier management, conflict mineral management and the supply chain's BCP so that customers can understand the current situation of ASECL. During the entire processes, I ensure customers’ queries are all dealt with and ensured that the customer audit can be successfully completed.
In response to the company's digital transformation policy, the system originally located on the old platform must be transferred to the new platform. Taking the Supplier Assessment System as an example, the purchasing department needs to discuss and redesign the scoring criteria with each QCDST item, subsequently adjusting the system interface and functions, and finally communicate the recommendations across departments to complete the system specifications together with IT.
