Descripción del trabajo
1、負責制定所屬大客戶服務策略,確定服務目標及對進一個服務標準;
2、 負責批准管理所屬大客戶活動方案執行流程,跨部門合作。
3、 負責熟悉所屬大客戶的運營情況,並能及時提供增量優化的解決方案;
4、 負責團隊所屬成員的培訓,工作安排及績效管理等工作。
Requisitos
1、 具備一年以上遊戲行業大客戶服務經驗;
2、 具備一定的邏輯推理及大資料分析的能力;
3、 工作積極性高,客戶服務意識強,品行端正;
4、 具備半年以上管理團隊管理經驗,熟練使用常用辦公軟件(word\execl等);
