Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with over 3 years of experience to join our team in a role focused on operations and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas:

1. Operations Experience:

- Cloud service operations: Proficient in managing and maintaining cloud services, with expertise in GCP as the primary platform and AWS as the secondary.

- Private cloud operations: Skilled in Kubernetes for efficient and secure management of private cloud environments.

- CDN operations: Experienced in handling Content Delivery Networks to optimize content distribution and improve user experience.

- DevOps system operations: Well-versed in maintaining and optimizing DevOps systems, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

- Security, monitoring, and optimization: Knowledgeable in implementing robust security measures, monitoring systems, and optimizing cloud resources to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting: Proficient in detecting, resolving, and addressing online issues related to services.

2. Cloud Technology Expertise:

- Cloud cost optimization: Skilled in optimizing cloud resource expenditures to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

- Performance tracking and optimization: Experienced in tracking and optimizing front-end, back-end, and network performance to enhance overall system efficiency.

- Cloud service monitoring and security: Proficient in monitoring and ensuring the security of cloud services, with a focus on access controls, data protection, and compliance.

- Infrastructure for accelerated development: Capable of building and assisting in the development of infrastructure that accelerates the development process.

3. Kubernetes and Containerization:

- Proficiency in Kubernetes: Skilled in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and automation.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystem: Knowledgeable about commonly used tools and technologies within the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Helm, Istio, Prometheus, and more.

- Container technologies: Well-versed in container technologies like Docker, with expertise in containerization and orchestration.

4. Development and Programming:

- Cloud-native application development: Possess experience in developing applications following cloud-native principles and practices.

- Proficiency in programming languages: Skilled in at least one programming language, such as Dart, Python, Go, C++, etc.

- Familiarity with frameworks: Experienced with at least one framework, such as Flutter, Flask, Django, etc., for efficient application development.

5. Soft Skills:
