Job Mission

Manage tool and material delivery and return to facilitate production preparation and utilize space and manpower to achieve agreed targets. Minimize duration of goods that are returned from production to external suppliers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage docking space for all inbound and outbound activities of dock area

• Support production needs within clean room environment for goods flow and tool arrangement

• Dedicate tool planning for calibration, certification, and repair

• Analyze warehouse capacity through regular cycle time measurement and drive for efficiency improvement

• Drive all goods returned from production/field and arrange these goods back to warehouse to meet target

• Ensure stakeholders to have all requirements ready to ship out goods in time

• Deal with any issue during process and solve problems with proper means. Escalate issues that would result in failure of target

• Understand process and take improvement actions/projects

• Align stakeholders for changes in processes

• Co-work with stakeholders to set up scrap activities

• Inventory control

Education

Bachelor or higher degree of industry management/engineering

Experience

5 years and above working as Production Planner/Supply Chain Planner/IE Engineer/Warehouse specialist in semiconductor industry

Context of the position

The candidate will report to logistic manager and needs to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Internal: MPS/YS/RH Manufacturing, Procurement, Supplier Network Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Warehouse, Material Quality, Production Engineering, Business Engineering, Integration Business Planning, Sales Account Support, Customer Supply Chain planning, Customs & Trade, shipping, IT

External: Forwarders, 3rd Party Warehouse, Customs or Broker
