工作內容： 1. 系統邏輯規劃，協助內部/外部需求單位，系統使用問題，提供系統諮詢與方案建議。 2. 透過數據分析瞭解使用者行為，挖掘數據背後的意涵，作為產品設計之依據。 3. 具備良好的溝通能力，獨立跨部門進行需求訪談，解決各部門提出的問題。 4. 參與專案執行各階段，包括：需求訪談、系統開發管理、功能測試、追蹤及處理各類專案問題。 5. 撰寫專案管理、專案分析文件，協助技術同仁撰寫系統設計文件、測試文件 6. 有專案期程規劃、執行、管理、時程控管的執行力。 7. 其他主管交辦事項。
