Business Intelligence Data Analyst ensures that Shopee conducts trustworthy and reliable operational decisions. Objectives:
Optimize the quality of business decisions to create impacts by proactively
collaborating with internal teams to drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the progress of assigned projects by working with developers and
  analysts to deliver the results on a timely basis.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the workflows and decision making quality
  through data methodologies.
• Translate the business requirements from the Marketing and Business teams into
  data related actionable items.
• Implement the newly designed procedures by demonstrating and educating the
  related stockholders.
  
  

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, management, or social science fields
  (e.g., Business Administration, Technology Management, Economics, MBA or
  similar).
• 1+ years of relevant hands-on experience in project or data-related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets & PowerPoint/ Google Slides.
• Goal-oriented, data-driven, and fast-learning personality.
• Excellent business acumen and logical thinking in eCommerce and retailing
  industry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities demonstrated in
  corporate or community events.
