Our expertise is in conversational AI, digital banking, mobile banking, mobile payment, electronic insurance policy and etc. By leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, big data, the latest technologies, and continuing research/develop our own products, we enable enterprises to rapidly respond to changing markets, innovate business strategies and increase operational efficiency. And this position will be located in Bangkok.

We are now looking to hire a System Analyst in Thailand, responsible for finding solutions to IT issues, recommending courses of action, and communicating with clients, he/she needs to communicate with our Taiwan and Vietnam development teams and also be the bridge between the teams and the Thailand clients.

Responsibilities
1. Work closely with business, technology, and other stakeholders to analyze and identify system problems, and deliver appropriate solutions that meet business objectives.
2. Design systems and conduct testing to evaluate results
3. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
4. Research, recommend, and install new technologies suitable to the team
5. Capable to work individually and collaborate with the respective department and other application teams
6. Leads requirement gathering with business users; work with users to translate the requirement into functional specifications/ user stories.

Qualifications
• Being fluent in English and Thai is a must
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the Software industry
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
• Coding experience beyond simple scripts
• Problem-solving, able to evaluate, analyze and solve problems
• Basic knowledge and experience in Agile / DevOps/ Docker / Kubernetes is preferred.
