職務重點說明如下：
■ Software Product Manager
1. Work closely with multiple hardware/software business divisions to identify vertical opportunities, develop product road-maps and project plans, and execute to deliver in phases integrated with hardware products.
2. Develop & own the corresponding business plan, go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, pricing, sales kit, and P&L.
3. Work with marketing team to promote the software products.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. 5-yr+ software product manager experience
2. Expertise in at least one of the software domains: AI, IoT, Cloud, Android Product
3. Experience in at least one of the verticals - factory automation, medical, retail or transportation
4. Fluent English, great interpersonal skills, teamwork player

■ Product Sales Manager/Software BDM
1. Research and propose 3rd-party software products for distribution or joint development.
2. Manage business relationships with the selected software partners.
3. Develop the corresponding go-to-market strategy and business plan.
4. Work with HQ product managers and regional sales/marketing team.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Software distribution and business development
2. Familiar with Cloud services
3. Both creative and disciplined, patient but learning fast
4. Very strong in English communication and interpersonal skills

■ Senior Solution PM (Leadership position: 2-4 persons)
1. Internal entrepreneurship for EMS (Energy & Environmental Monitoring) emerging business.
2. Leading EMS Product Division to drive competitive solutions for global market.
3. EMS solution & business model roadmap planning, product development and process control.
4. Product marketing and training materials production.
5. Global promotion strategies and implementation for branches and customers.
6. Responsible for product Revenue/Managing Profits.
7. Cross-organizations cooperation and communication.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. 5+ years of software solution/system PM experience
2. Familiar with IoT and cloud system applications and architecture in any or multiple platforms
3. Product service/solution planning and product go-to-market experiences
4. Software development leadership experience is preferred
5. Entrepreneurship, opportunity-seeking and initiative
