"We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist who need to responsible for driving growth in Advantech’s revenue and customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth to market strategies based on the goals of the organization when it comes to customer acquisitions, sales, partnerships, customer experience, retention and etc.

Responsibilities of the role:
-Identify and understand the market business segment and to create effective content that resonates with the customers.
-Manage Advantech’s social media channels to engage customers, promote and improve brand position in the marketplace.
-Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace to identify opportunities for business differentiation or new business solutions development.
-Conduct market research to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies, including A/B testing of landing pages, design surveys to measure customer satisfaction, and analyze website traffic statistics and insights.
-Create s strategic plan for Advantech’s marketing efforts, including define objectives and create a budget for each campaign.
-Measure the impact of each marketing activities by leveraging analytic tools/ platform such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads or any others to track leads generated from campaign.
-Collaborate with the digital team to ensure we have the right content to deliver at the right time in the customer journey.
What you will need:
(Skills, Competencies, Experience and Education Capabilities)
-Proven experience as growth marketing or eCommerce experience role
-Solid knowledge of industrial products, category management, marketing and sales principles
-Understand of data analysis and forecasting methods
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
-Attention to detail, strong planning with high execution capability
-Excellent analytical mind with a strategic ability of problem solving and organizational skills
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Bachelor/ Master’s degree or above, major in Business Administration, marketing or related field
-Fluent English, both spoken and written
