AI (LLMs) Prompting Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Prompting Engineer to join our team. As an LLMs Prompting Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI-powered natural language processing (NLP) models and systems. Your expertise in NLP, machine learning, and software development will be crucial in driving the advancement of our AI prompting platform. We are looking for an individual who can think critically, adapt quickly, and has a strong passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.


Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize AI prompting models and algorithms to enhance the accuracy and quality of generated text responses.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers, to design and implement AI models and systems that meet specific customer requirements.
3. Actively research and explore the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Develop and implement agile data preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input data for training and testing AI models.
5. Collaborate with the data engineering team to gather and process large-scale datasets, ensuring their suitability for training and evaluation purposes.
6. Evaluate and benchmark the performance of AI models using appropriate evaluation metrics and devise strategies for performance enhancement.
7. Identify and address potential issues related to bias or ethical concerns associated with AI model outputs, taking prompt and responsible measures to mitigate them.
8. Work closely with software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI prompting capabilities into existing products and services.
9. Participate in agile code reviews, providing constructive feedback and upholding high-quality code standards.
10. Document research findings, experimental results, and implementation details for efficient knowledge sharing and future reference.
    
11. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI prompting, actively contributing to the team's knowledge base.
    

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with popular machine learning libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
3. Solid understanding of statistical methods and algorithms used in NLP, including language modeling, sequence generation, and text classification.
4. Familiarity with agile data preprocessing techniques, feature extraction, and model evaluation.
5. Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks is preferred.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated passion for AI technology and a strong drive to explore and learn new advancements in the field.
9. Knowledge of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices is a plus.
