Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. This role involves managing PR and media activities, implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance and managing marketing operations and logistics.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute PR and media activities to enhance brand visibility and maintain a positive brand image.
2.Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads from both offline and online channels, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
3.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, display advertisements, trade shows, and industry events.
4.Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence to engage with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
5.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) goals.
6.Coordinate localization and translation efforts for advertising and promotional assets as needed.
7.Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize user experiences, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
8.Work closely with agencies and vendor partners to leverage their expertise, manage relationships, and execute marketing initiatives.
9.Manage marketing operations and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
3.Strong understanding of PR and media activities, as well as their impact on brand reputation.
4.Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, such as SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
5.Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and reporting on ROI and KPIs.
6.Familiarity with localization and translation processes for advertising and promotional assets is a plus.
7.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
8.Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
9.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
10.Previous experience in marketing operations and logistics management is preferred.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
1. At least 5+ years working experience in marketing/digital marketing, particularly within the industry, has both B2B and B2C experiences is a plus
2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
