We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated & results orientated Project Manager to join our team. The right person is not only a project manager, but also an expert to have the soft skills to help busy stakeholders willingly meet all their deadlines. The ideal candidate is a professional who is capable of coordinating complex projects and who has the driven to make things happen. You will work in a cross-functional team, and in this role, you are the glue that holds things together and will be on point to ensure success.


[ Project Manager Client Responsibilities/Goals ]
• Manage client expectations. Keep client apprised of project status (including budget and timeline), possible delays, and in sync with contract agreements.
• Manage and plan client project schedules and budgets.
• Manage project task flow and client work requests.
• Educate clients on Allxon's service and technology. Guide them through to build their own plugIN to Allxon's cloud and address questions.
• Schedule and lead client meetings. Prepare agendas and provide follow-up from meetings as needed.
• PM is accountable for all signoff of client briefs and change control documentation throughout the lifecycle of a project.

[ Project Manager Team Responsibilities/Goals ]
• Manage and plan internal resources for short and long-term initiatives. Attend and contribute to weekly and long-term planning meetings. Work with Team Director to prioritize and re-prioritize work as needed throughout the week.
• Work to clear project roadblocks and gather answers for producers.
• Retainers - Inform the Team Director & Finance team of changes to the project plan that impact monthly budgets. Notify the same team of monthly project hours projections.
• Foster a team-oriented approach to project problem-solving. Always strives to pull the right people to solve project problems and challenges.
• Foster strong communication between team members.

[Requirements]
• 5 + years of experience working in the software industry, experience in a technical role is a plus
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models with a good understanding of nature and challenges of software development
• Expert knowledge in B2B project management principles and practices
• Strong awareness, observational skills over the environment and situation on hand
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams
• Can smoothly facilitate the team's discussions, meetings, and conflict resolution
