Buyer I - (B1)

This is Buyer for Total Kit Management® (TKM). Applied Materials' Total Kit Management® (TKM) program provides a customized kit of certified spares with best-in-class cleaning and coating services to reduce total CoO. With certified cleaning, advanced coating technology and no wait times for parts, our customers can count on quality kits with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Leads purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels. Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues

- Manage vendor to make sure all cleaning and coating services meet customer's expectation.

- Develops methods of business simplification for the procurement function. Participates in the development of ISO documents for the purchasing function.

- Manages activities of the purchasing group in the manager’s absence. Manages projects for purchasing; as required, monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned projects. Oversees workload distribution among Buyers; trains and audits activities of lower level personnel.

Role Requirement

- Welcome both NCG or junior experienced candidate (3 years below experience)

- Good English capability and logistics communication skill

- Growth mindset and positive attitude

- Flexible with good communication skills to conduct Vendors management and negotiation timely.

- For experienced candidate, SAP and Project Management experience is preferred
