Responsibilities:
• Work and communicates among config engineering, master scheduler, material team, planning team, and manufacturing team to make sure customer tools are delivered per requirement.
• Manage project tool from config frozen, ILTR approval, critical part shortage follow-up, schedule risk assessment, tool document preparation to Logistics coordination. Play a role of project owner to each tool.
• Maintain tool schedule push-to-dock date and ship date to well manage tool delivery.
• Work with Materials Core Team to identify DBOM update per Core conditions. Coordinates product production process deliverables with team members (buyers, planners, production control).
• Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts, and inspection requirements.
• Provide regular escalation report to well communicate among demand management team, BMO and Sales team.
• Under direct supervision, mediate and partner in arranging sourcing inspection per customer requirement.

Requirements:
1. Experience in Technology or Semiconductor/Display equipment experience preferred
2. Project/Program Management experience required, PMP preferred
3. Need to be able to lead and drive a diverse team in an matrix type organization
4. Ability to anticipate and identify potential problems, recommend and implement solutions required
5. Excellent English ability in communication and writing
