• Comprehensive benchmarks automation, comparison, performance bottleneck and competitive analysis on Andes CPUs
• Toolchain code size and performance tuning, analysis, benchmark automation and comparison with RISC-V/ARM architecture
• Linux system performance tuning, analysis, benchmark automation and comparison with RISC-V/ARM architecture
• Embedded system SW development, porting, optimization to RISC-V architecture
• Other third-party tools and embedded system turnkey reference related works based company business needs

1. Major in CSIE is preferred (MS degree above)
2. At least 2 years of embedded Linux or real-time OS system related firmware/middleware/application experience
3. Solid C programming and related development environment, as well as strong debugging skills and hardware register programming level knowledge are required
4. Familiar with GNU toolchain, Linux and script languages
5. Familiar with at least one of SPEC Benchmarks, EEMBC Benchmarks, Memory Bandwidth or related open source embedded projects is a plus
