Job Description
What You Will Do
1. 開發潛在客戶並完成銷售。
2. 確定客戶的關鍵需求和痛點。
3. 以諮詢顧問方式協助潛在客戶，合作制定數位行銷策略。
4. 為客戶提供具見解和分析力度之報告。
5. 與各地區的部門、客戶及代理商建立良好關係。
6. 每月實現個人業績目標。
7. 持續精進自己以掌握最新的行業創新及趨勢。
1. Prospect, pitch, and close sales
2. Lead discovery sessions to identify the customer’s key needs and pain points
3. Work with the prospect in a consultative fashion to develop digital marketing strategies
4. Prepare reports and provide clients with insights and analysis
5. Build good relationships with other departments in all countries, clients, and agencies
6. Deliver individual sales targets every month
7. Continuously develop yourself to stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends
Requirements
Who You are
1. 1 年以上媒體銷售或媒體策劃
2. 有豐富代理商聯繫經驗大加分
3. 中文精通，英語中等
4. 具批判性思維和邏輯推理
5. 良好人際交往、溝通及表達能力
6. 注重結果，注重細節，組織良好，有責任感
1. 1+ years of experience in media sales or media planning
2. Experience of working with influencers/creators would be a big plus
3. Wide connection with agencies would be a big plus
4. Native in Chinese and fluent in English
5. Critical thinking and logical reasoning
6. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
7. Result-oriented, detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
