Position Description

This position is within Product Data Management Department. The role is to capture and maintain project requirements in various product data management systems, include Oracle Agile, Salesforce and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented self-starter, capable of working well both independently and in teams. The ideal candidate is expected to follow the pre-defined protocols and guidelines in managing the data, and to be comfortable in reporting and communicating all abnormalities clearly. Experience in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle management or data management system is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include the following.

- Use product data management system (AgileCM) for everyday operations, maintenance and product data change control.

- Follow pre-set guidelines to update system (e.g. setup item master, create product BOMs etc) based on input from other departments (e.g. product marketing and engineering).

- Collect, scan and upload NPI deliverables following pre-set procedures to meet project milestone.

- Follow pre-set guidelines to write Agile Change Orders, Change Requests, Stop Orders, and Deviations, etc. base on input from PCM meetings, product marketing, engineering or suppliers.

- Review all ECs for completeness and conformance with ARLO process requirements

- Work with product data, documents and records across various departments, including engineering, compliance, marketing, QA and suppliers.

- Generate Metrics, Reports, and Graphs from Agile data
