The Role:

Atome is looking for an energetic, dynamic Partnership Marketing Manager in Taiwan. You will play a critical role in realizing our mission, supporting the marketing strategy and plan including user acquisition and engagement, brand awareness, merchant partnership and marketing campaigns. This includes the end-to-end planning and creation of the marketing campaigns for deal events, partnering with marketing on traffic planning/forecasting to support the company-wide monthly deal program.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for experimentation, continuously raising the bar and challenging the status quo.

You will be joining a fast-growing team and have the unique opportunity to shape how our product is built and our business is run in Taiwan!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute thematic campaigns and launch campaigns tailormade to regional big accounts, based on Atome’s business objectives and key accounts' goals, confirm delivery details and devise a production and delivery plan to meet all objectives.
  • Liaise with Creative, designers, and external agencies to ensure the campaign’s creatives are conceptualized, delivered, and approved to the internal and external stakeholder's satisfaction on time.
  • Project management to make sure all relevant stakeholders (regional leadership team and country leaders) and working teams can align and deliver planned activities or tasks on-time in full.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize to ensure campaign goals are met. Produce reports capable of providing strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management.
  • Create excellent Case Studies and post-campaign presentations to impress clients, and to assist the Sales team in their next pitch.

Requisitos

Requirements:

  • 4+ years working experience, in marketing/communication, campaign or partnership roles
  • 2-3+ years working with eCommerce or retail merchants/clients in categories of fashion, beauty, travel, lifestyle
  • Bachelor's degree or candidate of BA
  • Flexible, quick to adapt
  • Comfortable with and experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams/stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
