Responsibilities:
- Gain insights into the essential features and craft user journey maps.
- Set up and follow visual design principles and standards.
- Build and sustain Design systems.
- Apply visual hierarchies to captivate user attention effectively.
- Streamline interfaces to make them more engaging, aligning with product needs and intricate user interactions.
- Work in tandem with the product team to develop interfaces that are intuitive, appealing, and meticulously detailed.
- Employ product-focused and interactive strategies to enhance product interface design.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, understand the target audience, and persistently improve and innovate the user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to conceptualize and create optimal user experiences that align business objectives, business intelligence, and user requirements.
- Advance product concepts and user experience practices by conducting research, developing wireframes, crafting microcopy, and building prototypes; effectively communicate, champion, and validate design approaches.
- Provide comprehensive, precise visual designs from start to finish, and work jointly with fellow designers to continually develop the design system and visual guidelines.
- Engage closely with Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams to provide detailed specifications and ensure accurate execution of designs.

- 通過進行研究、開發wireframe、設計微型文案和構建prototype,推進產品概念和用戶體驗實踐;有效地傳達、倡導並驗證設計方法。
- 從頭至尾提供全面、精確的視覺設計,與其他設計師緊密合作,不斷發展設計系統和視覺指南。
- 與研發和品質保證團隊緊密合作,提供詳細的規範,並確保設計的準確執行。
▎Qualification:
- 3+ of experience in developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications for intricate B2B/B2C products.
- Skilled in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to enhance user experience design.
- An analytical mindset with a keen focus on details.
- A collaborative attitude, eager to share knowledge with other designers and grow areas of expertise.
- Highly proficient in Figma, with understanding of HTML and CSS being a plus.
- Please include in your application a portfolio that showcases your exceptional design abilities, highlighting a complex product you've worked on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
