Responsibility : 

• Carry out duties and responsibilities as a Team Cashier/Server
  
• Provide services in accordance with SOP and support smooth operations
  
• Responsible for carrying out sales transactions
• Responsible for creating sales reports
• Responsible for receiving & ensuring payments carefully
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Receive incoming calls, greet and serve customers
• Receive customer reservations and ensure tables are set before customer arrival
• Receive and Ensure that customers make payments for services with accurate amounts and prices
• Responsible for balancing the cash register and generating sales reports
• Able to upsell menu
• Able to operate Point of Sales (POS) cash register
• Able to operate EDC, QR Code machines

Requirements :

• Male or female max. 28 years old
• Min. High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have 2 years of experience as a Cashier from Restaurant or F&B is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and able to operate cashier POS system
• Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Proactive and able to carry out standarts regarding customer service
• Ability to handle transactions accurately, detail oriented, active and communicative
• Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY
