• Manage the kitchen well
• Ensure menu quality
• Maintain and ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and outlet inventory
• Report daily performance results to relevant superiors
• Responsible for the entire food processing process in accordance with applicable SOP’s from the preparation process to food serving

• Male, aged 19-27 years old. Education Min. Senior high school or vocational school preferably a graduate in Hospitality, Culinary or F&B
• Having 2 years experience in the Cook Wok Chinese Food Restaurant section is preferred
• Mastering daily operations, especially maintaining product quality, maintain production needs and kitchen cleanliness
• Have good basic cooking skills
• Able to communicate effectively and be target oriented
• Able to work in a team
• Agile, neat and responsible
• Willing to be placed at Paradise Dynasty Ciputra World Surabaya (non-halal restaurant)
• Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY
