• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

• Male / Female, age max. 28 years old
• Education min. High School or Vocational School preferably from hospitality
• Have 2 years of experience as a Server from Restaurant or F&B is preferred
• Passionate in FNB industry, including provide excellent service to the customers
• Active listening, effective & excellent communication skills
• Have good knowledge and approach about basic service
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be proud of providing excellent customer service
• Good attitude and good interpersonal skill
• Well groomed and presentable
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
• Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY
