Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, revising and solidifying a wide range of agreements in both Chinese and English
• Manage and organize records of agreements, Intellectual Property and other legal documents
• Maintain client files
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team and contribute to the overall legal operations.
• Perform legal search as directed by the legal team or management
• Other tasks directed by the legal team or management
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduated with an LL.B. (or equivalent)
• Ability to work with different teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with CLM and/or contract repository tools
• English efficiency test(s) with minimum score of: TOEIC 850; TOEFL 90; IELTS 7
