Job Description

  • Generate new business from your own prospect/existing customers and company's prospect customers. Focus on Chinese accounts relates, no limitation to all VN local freehand business.
  • 从自己的潜在客户/现有客户和公司的潜在客户中产生新业务。专注于中国客户,不限于所有越南本地Freehand业务.
  • Achieve the sales target by profit/new customers/volumes...through local control business/ customers. 
  • 通过本地业务/客户,实现根据利润/新客户/数量的销售目标
  • Corporate and follow with Operation team in case of delay, damage, loss and other irregularities…and explain to customers to align with company policy and make customer satisfied- 
  •  与运营团队合作并跟进,以防出现延误、损坏、丢失和其他异常 情况……并向客户解释,以符合公司政策并让客户满意 
  • Make report of shipment details, Weekly or Fortnightly / Monthly reports and other reports of sales pipelines.
  • 写发货信息详细的每周或每两周/每月的报告以及其他销售渠道报告
  • Coordinate, direct and lead business development within defined field of responsibility on department level or higher
  • 在部门级或更高级别的职责范围内协调、指导和领导业务发展
  • Study internal information of company, network。
  • 研究公司、公司网络的内部信息。
  • Use internal systems for daily works such as CRM updates....
  • 使用内部系统进行日常工作,例如 更新CRM .....
  • Other tasks required by Head of sales
  • 销售主管要求的其他工作

Requirements

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

最低教育程度/资质/经验:

College/ Bachelor degree

2-5 years forwarder industry working experience

大专/学士学位

2-5年在物流行业工作经验

Special Knowledge:

特殊知识:

Chinese person with good English communication

Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)

英文沟通能力良好的中国人

计算机基础知识(doc., xls., ppt.)

Other Benefits: 

House Allowance: USD 500 / month

住房补贴:500美元/月

Transportation Allowance: USD 100 / month

交通补贴:100美元/月* 13 month Salary (VN condition)
