About the role:

We are looking for a contractor who will manage the accounting tasks at Carousell Taiwan. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues in the Singapore office and get involved in e-commerce, 7-11 convenience payment and shipping flow.

This is a 1-year contract role.

主要負責旋轉拍賣、旋轉科技的帳務處理，有新加坡總部跨國合作機會，能擴增國際化的職涯視野。有機會接觸到電子支付、7-11超商取貨、電子商務等財會相關工作。

這是一個為期 1 年的約聘職缺。

You Will:

• General accounting tasks and accounting related duties. Such as daily transaction recording, reviewing AR/AP transactions for appropriate documentation.
• Maintain payment related accounts on a weekly basis.
• Assist in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
• Assist in bi-monthly VAT filing and tax withholding administration.
• Assist in declaration of withholding of various types of income.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Handle any other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to support the daily business tasks and other accounting related tasks.

• 處理有關各項費用支付之發票、單據及帳務處理
• 維護應付款項及相關會計帳務處理
• 協助每月財務報表結帳作業及相關管理報表與分析
• 審核各項稅務如營業稅申報及各類扣繳作業
• 年度各類所得申報之帳務準備
• 協助內部文件建檔和管理
• 其他主管交辦事項

You Have:

• Experience in accounting (auditing firm is preferred). Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcomed as well
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word etc
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• Strong written and reading skills in English
• (good to have) Experience in e-commerce or high growth startups
• (good to have) Experience in Netsuite 
• (good to have) Good knowledge in general accounting and taxation

• 會計系及財務金融相關學系畢業
• 會計事務相關工作經驗（會計師事務所尤佳），也歡迎具備相關實習經驗的應屆畢業生
• 擅長使用MS Office 及 Google Sheet, Google Doc，擁有良好的分析能力
• 具備中高級以上的聽說讀寫英文能力
• （加分項）具總帳與稅務經驗，具獨立處理會計帳務能力
• （加分項）具Oracle NetSuite 功能操作經驗
• （加分項）新創或電商的相關工作經驗
